Neurodivergent Tech Innovator & Founder of YoctoAble

About

I’m a passionate technologist and neurodivergent advocate, known for transforming complex technologies into real, human-centered solutions. My work spans Generative AI, Apple ecosystems, IoT, and emerging tech—always focused on bridging innovation and accessibility. My lived experience as a neurodivergent individual fuels a mission not to make people adapt to the world, but to inspire the world to adapt for them.
I founded YoctoAble, a platform blending technology, community, and inclusive design to empower neurodivergent individuals—building real-time, adaptive support for education, employment, well-being and connection.
“We’re not here to ‘fix’ anyone — we’re here to rebuild systems that finally fit us..

MISSION & WORK

Mission
I started YoctoAble because I’ve lived what it feels like when the world isn’t built for your mind.
At YoctoAble, we don’t just talk about accessibility—we engineer it into reality.
Technology is our tool. Accessibility is our purpose.
Work
We’re building tools that turn inclusion from words into lived practice:
• The Companion App — your everyday digital buddy: not just a chatbot, but a coach, cheerleader, and friend that adapts to your emotional state.
• YoctoAble LLM — a language model fine-tuned for neurodivergent realities, built with empathy and diverse communication styles at its core.
• Value-Added Services — workshops, training, accessibility audits, and YoctoAble-Certified Spaces that help schools, companies, and communities go beyond saying “inclusive” to actually meaning it.
Our PromiseAt YoctoAble, lived experience shapes everything.
We build tools that work for all minds, not just the majority.
Inclusion isn’t a checkbox—it’s strategy, empathy, and evolution.
I don’t just advocate for accessibility.
We build it. We live it.

Voices from the Community

Real stories from parents who’ve experienced Roshan’s guidance and advocacy first-hand:

Testimonial 1
“Our son was only recently diagnosed with ADHD after finishing his 12th grade, following a difficult phase where he struggled with sleep, appetite, and burnout. We were feeling lost as parents, unsure how to support him through his first year of college. The counseling session with Roshan was an eye-opener. He explained ADHD in such a clear and relatable way and gave us practical tips on how to support our son—building a reward-based routine, maintaining his motivation, helping him socialize, and encouraging his special interests like guitar and sharks.
The fact that Roshan himself is neurodivergent made the session very genuine and insightful. We could see how well he connected with our son, even talking about things he loves like Taylor Swift and music, which immediately made him feel understood.Roshan’s guidance gave us confidence that our son can navigate the next three years of his degree with the right support. We are deeply grateful for the time, patience, and heartfelt advice he shared with us.”

Testimonial 2“My son rarely bonded with anyone, and we didn’t fully understand his autism diagnosis. Then he met Roshan. For the first time, someone truly connected with him. Roshan helped us understand our son’s needs—from emotional triggers to using fidget toys and headphones.Today, our son is happier at college, and we, as parents, feel more confident and supported. We’re so grateful.”
